Radon is a naturally occurring gas. It is produced from the breakdown of uranium, thorium, and radium. Found in soil, rock, and water radon is a tasteless, odorless, and completely invisible. Your home (or the one you are looking to purchase) acts as a sponge. Typically air inside is at a lower pressure and it drawers gases towards it, even the ones from underground that seep out.

A sewer scope is video inspection and documentation of the lateral sewer line for your home. It inspects your connection, near the foundation of your home, to the city or a septic tank. By sewer-scoping the line we are able to reveal blockages, root intrusions, damages, and note general wear and tear.
